Dubai Creek Striders (DCS) is one of the oldest running club in UAE with 1000s of registered runners. They wanted to implement a Mobile app (Android/iOS) supported with end-to-end club management system that can help the team to manage all events, competition results / stats, members, registrations, photo galleries and online purchases.
A mobile app that can help them to spread awareness and market the club to increase the memberships and participation to the ongoing events.
Members should be able to enlist for the upcoming club events, checkout details, get regular app notifications send by admin team to keep themselves up-to-date with the latest happenings.
Ability to add kids and other family members to enrol for special events designed for kids / age group who don’t use the app.
Ability to browse through various club merchandizes like t-shirts, accessories, devices ect. and purchase and make payment online from the club store.
Access to view all the latest photo galleries that were clicked during the event and share them with friends on social platforms.
Profiles and details of the key members of the club, current trainers, official sponsors and other achievers to help users to learn about the club.
Keeping the implementation cost lower due to budget constrain while delivering a product that can solve all the operational problems.
Since its a pro-bono activity and the organization is run democratically, collecting the feedback and incorporating best idea into the platform.

Developing a fully dynamic design with backend application to manage everything from banners, events, promotions, users, content ect.
A fully dynamic and intuitive mobile app which is controlled by the admin using backend portal to manage the events and other app content.
